Being reported that Profar will start in LF vs. RHP and that Gallo will take reps at 3B (most likely start in AAA again this season). How do you feel that the org has handles both former top prospects? I have my own ideas but will keep them to myself.

The Profar injury really threw a wrench into things, and I think having Gallo up but not playing last year wasn't ideal either. It hurts that he was stuck behind Adrian Beltre, but he's going to be a slow burn in the big leagues as is. Gotta maximize his development time.
Is starting Ryan Rua at 1B really an answer for anything?

Rua is a bit underrated IMO vs. LHP, has some pop and speed but is no regular. I think between Napoli, Profar, Rua, they have a hodge podge that will be league average at 1B. Ideally, in a perfect world and the young guys were allowed to take their lumps in the bigs, I'd have Gallo in LF (for the arm), Profar at 1B (to protect the shoulder). As it stands now, they'd never do it b/c they don't trust either one in a full time roll. Sucks. Did the same thing to Chris Davis. Shipped him out for pennies, and he blew up somewhere else.

Is there any chance Profar can play shortstop again full-time? For anyone?

Is there any chance Profar can play shortstop again full-time? For anyone? There's always a chance, but I'd guess that every game that goes by where he's not playing SS is a step away from that. Unfortunately, the bat just doesn't play outside of middle infield, IMO.
