What stars of today do you feel resemble the stars of the past or remind you of stars from the past.
First off, I think there are a lot of similarities between Enzo and Big Cass to Diesel and Shawn Michaels.
Cass is the big muscle of the group much like Diesel, except Cass has more charisma. Enzo is the flamboyant, high flyer much like Michaels.
Obviously Diesel and Michaels were better, I am just saying when watching Cass and Enzo I am reminded of that tag team. I dont think Enzo and Cass will ever come close to reaching the level Diesel and Michaels did either.

Big Cass and Enzo give me more of a New Age Outlaws feel. They have a smaller guy carrying the mic work with creative promos, while the bigger, athetic guy does more of the wrestling.

Dean Ambrose to me is a mix between Pillman and Piper. Although he isn't on Piper's level quite with the promos. But there's a certain wildness to him.
Ziggler is clearly a blend between Michaels and Perfect. I can't take him seriously with the ridiculous bumps.

Roman Reigns gets a lot of Diesel comparisons which aren't terrible, but he's 10x the worker Nash was. The Lex Luger comparisons are way off. Luger bored people.
Ziggler is a very poor man's Shawn Michaels. My girlfriend was half watching the other day when they were showing clips from the WM X Ladder Match and asked why Dolph's pants were pulled down.
Ambrose is a definitely a more tame Pillman.
Seth Rollins reminds me of a more technically sound Jeff Hardy.

Reigns is great. His PPV matches are almost always really outstanding. He just gets way too crap from the smarks because CM Punk called him pretty boy and they think it's their job now to boo him because their hero left.

Oh god, Luger was terrible.
